Before purchasing any product from GT.Eagle, customers are responsible for confirming that the product can be legally purchased, shipped, received, possessed, transferred, and used in their location.

Customers should not place an order if body armor, ballistic plates, helmets, tactical protective gear, or related products are restricted or prohibited in their jurisdiction.

Restricted Jurisdictions

Customer Eligibility

You will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws.

Prohibited Use

Products sold by GT.Eagle must only be purchased, possessed, and used for lawful purposes.

Customers may not purchase, possess, transfer, export, resell, or use any product from GT.Eagle for criminal activity, unlawful violence, unauthorized resale, illegal export, or any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

GT.Eagle reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict future purchases, or report suspicious activity where appropriate if we believe an order or customer activity may involve unlawful use, fraud, restriction avoidance, or violation of our policies.

No Firearms or Ammunition

GT.Eagle sells body armor, ballistic plates, plate carriers, ballistic helmets, tactical protective gear, and related protective products.

Any product information on our website should not be interpreted as the sale or promotion of firearms or ammunition.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipment to certain countries, states, cities, territories, regions, or addresses.

GT.Eagle does not ship to war zones, active conflict areas, sanctioned regions, restricted territories, or destinations that we determine to be unsafe, unsupported, legally restricted, or inconsistent with our compliance policies.

GT.Eagle is not responsible for customs refusal, import denial, seizure, penalties, storage fees, duties, taxes, or other charges resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with applicable laws or import requirements.

Order Review and Verification

Orders may be manually reviewed before fulfillment for legal, compliance, shipping, fraud prevention, payment risk, address accuracy, and eligibility purposes.

During order review, GT.Eagle may request additional information from the customer. This may include confirmation of shipping address, order details, intended lawful use, or other information reasonably necessary to complete compliance review.

Failure to provide requested information may result in order cancellation and refund.

Restricted Addresses and Forwarding Services

GT.Eagle may refuse to ship to addresses that appear incomplete, suspicious, unverifiable, restricted, or associated with freight forwarding, reshipping, mail forwarding, virtual mailbox, or third-party forwarding services.

Customers may not use alternative addresses, freight forwarders, reshipping services, or third-party purchasers to bypass legal restrictions, shipping restrictions, eligibility rules, or compliance review.

Orders that appear to involve restriction avoidance may be cancelled and refunded.

Product Information and Legal Compliance

Product descriptions, protection-level descriptions, testing information, videos, images, and product specifications are provided to help customers understand the products.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable and legal for their location and intended lawful use.

Testing, Certification, and Legal Interpretation

Testing videos, product demonstrations, protection-level descriptions, and product claims should not be interpreted as legal approval, government approval, law enforcement approval, military approval, or authorization to purchase or possess the product in any specific jurisdiction.

Unless a product page clearly states that a product is officially certified by a recognized certification body, customers should not interpret testing statements or demonstration videos as official certification claims.
