& CLAIMS POLICY

Clear information about warranty coverage, manufacturing defects, claim requirements, product testing, inspections, remedies, and warranty limitations.

WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for shopping with GT.Eagle. This Warranty Policy explains how warranty-related requests are reviewed and handled for products purchased from our website.

GT.Eagle sells body armor, ballistic plates, plate carriers, ballistic helmets, tactical protective gear, and related protective products. Because these products may involve safety, product condition, storage, impact history, and legal or compliance considerations, all warranty claims are subject to review before any remedy is approved.
01

Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage may vary by product. When applicable, warranty information may be stated on the product page, product description, product packaging, product documentation, or order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, GT.Eagle’s warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, lawful, and intended use.

Warranty coverage does not apply automatically to every product issue. Each warranty request will be reviewed based on the product type, product condition, order records, evidence provided, and the circumstances of the claim.

02

What May Be Covered

Depending on the product and the circumstances, warranty coverage may include issues such as:

Manufacturing defects.

Material defects.

Workmanship defects.

Defective stitching, hardware, fasteners, or components caused by manufacturing issues.

Incorrect product received.

Missing or defective accessories included with the original order.

Product damage caused before delivery, when properly documented and verified.

Other product defects confirmed by GT.Eagle after review.

03

What Is Not Covered

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage, defects, or performance issues caused by:

Normal wear and tear.

Cosmetic marks, minor scratches, scuffs, surface wear, or packaging damage that do not affect product function.

Misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, or improper storage.

Improper cleaning, chemical exposure, excessive moisture, excessive heat, crushing force, or harsh environmental exposure.

Unauthorized modification, alteration, disassembly, repair, cutting, bending, or customization.

Improper fit, improper installation, incompatible use, or incorrect product selection.

Accidents, drops, impacts, field use, or damage caused after delivery.

Products that have been shot, impacted, tested, cut, bent, modified, intentionally damaged, or used in destructive testing.

Damage caused by third-party carriers, reshipping services, freight forwarders, or customer-arranged transportation after delivery.

04

Body Armor and Ballistic Products

Body armor, ballistic plates, soft armor panels, ballistic helmets, ballistic inserts, and related protective products are designed for specific protective purposes under stated conditions.

No warranty should be understood as a guarantee of complete protection in every possible situation.

Product performance may vary depending on threat type, projectile type, velocity, distance, impact angle, number of impacts, environmental conditions, product age, storage conditions, fit, product condition, and other factors.

Warranty coverage does not guarantee protection from all threats, ammunition types, impact angles, blunt trauma, injury, penetration, ricochet, fragmentation, or product failure under every possible scenario.

05

Product Testing and Warranty

If a customer chooses to test a product after delivery, the product may no longer be eligible for standard warranty coverage.

Testing may include, but is not limited to, shooting, impact testing, destructive testing, cutting, bending, submerging, heating, modifying, or otherwise intentionally stressing the product.

Products used in live-fire testing, impact testing, destructive testing, or intentional damage testing are generally not eligible for warranty replacement, return, refund, or exchange unless otherwise agreed in writing by GT.Eagle.

Any claim involving a tested product must include complete and clear evidence, including the product condition before testing, test setup, ammunition or impact source if applicable, distance, angle, number of impacts, and post-test condition.

Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.

06

Warranty Claim Timeframe

Customers should submit warranty-related claims as soon as possible after discovering a potential defect.

Claims reported after extended use, improper storage, modification, testing, or significant time after delivery may be more difficult to verify and may not be eligible for warranty service.

GT.Eagle reserves the right to deny warranty claims that cannot be reasonably verified due to delay, missing evidence, product alteration, or unclear product history.

07

How to Submit a Warranty Request

To submit a warranty request, please contact GT.Eagle at support@gteagle.com with the following information:

Order number.

Customer name and email address.

Product name, model, size, and quantity.

A clear description of the issue.

Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Photos of the product from multiple angles.

Photos of the product label, packaging, and accessories, if applicable.

Proof of purchase.

Any relevant information about product use, storage, shipping condition, or delivery condition.

Please do not return any product before receiving authorization from GT.Eagle.
08

Warranty Review Process

All warranty requests are subject to review.

After receiving your request, GT.Eagle may review the order records, photos, videos, product description, packaging information, shipping information, customer communication, and any other available evidence.

GT.Eagle reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional information based on the product condition, claim evidence, product history, and circumstances of the issue.

09

Return Inspection for Warranty Claims

In some cases, GT.Eagle may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a warranty remedy.

If return inspection is required, our support team will provide return instructions.

Customers should not send products back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, delayed, or deemed ineligible for warranty service.

Receiving a returned product does not automatically mean that the warranty claim will be approved.

10

Approved Warranty Remedies

If a warranty claim is approved, GT.Eagle may offer one or more of the following remedies at our discretion:

Replacement.

Replacement parts or accessories.

Partial refund.

Full refund, where appropriate.

The available remedy may depend on product type, product condition, product availability, order history, warehouse location, shipping destination, and the nature of the defect.

If the original product is no longer available, GT.Eagle may offer a comparable replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution.

11

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

Return shipping responsibility will be determined based on the circumstances of the warranty claim.

If the claim is caused by a confirmed manufacturing defect or an approved GT.Eagle error, GT.Eagle may provide return instructions and determine whether return shipping support applies.

If the claim is caused by customer misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification, testing, accidental damage, incorrect product selection, or other non-covered reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

GT.Eagle is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered during return transit if the customer arranges return shipping independently.

12

Shipping Damage and Delivery-Related Issues

Damage caused during shipping may be handled under our damage or missing item claim process rather than standard warranty coverage.

If a product arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, customers should contact GT.Eagle at support@gteagle.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Customers should provide photos of the outer package, shipping label, product condition, packaging materials, and any visible damage.

We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video when opening your package. This helps us review damage, missing item, or incorrect item claims more efficiently.
13

Product Care and Storage

Protective products should be stored in a clean, dry, and suitable environment unless otherwise stated in the product instructions.

Products should not be exposed to unnecessary moisture, excessive heat, chemicals, sharp objects, crushing force, unauthorized modification, or improper handling.

Improper care or storage may reduce product lifespan and may make the product ineligible for warranty coverage.

14

Product Modifications

Any unauthorized modification may void warranty eligibility.

This includes cutting, sewing, drilling, bending, painting, reshaping, disassembling, replacing components, adding unauthorized accessories, or making structural changes to the product.

Customers should contact GT.Eagle before making any modification that may affect product fit, structure, safety, or performance.

15

Limitations of Warranty

This Warranty Policy does not replace or expand any product-specific limitations, product-use disclaimers, testing disclaimers, certification disclaimers, legal restrictions, or return policy terms stated on our website.

No warranty should be interpreted as a promise that any product will prevent injury, death, penetration, blunt trauma, damage, or harm in every possible situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GT.Eagle is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from product use, misuse, improper storage, improper selection, unauthorized modification, legal restrictions, or circumstances outside our control.

16

Non-Transferability

Unless otherwise stated, warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser who purchased the product directly from GT.Eagle.

Warranty coverage may not apply to products purchased second-hand, transferred to another person, resold, gifted, or purchased through unauthorized third parties.

17

Fraudulent or Unsupported Claims

GT.Eagle reserves the right to deny warranty claims that appear false, misleading, unsupported, inconsistent with product condition, inconsistent with shipping records, or lacking sufficient evidence.

Submitting false claims, altered evidence, misleading photos, or unsupported disputes may result in denial of warranty service, cancellation of orders, restriction of future service, or reporting to the payment provider or carrier where appropriate.

18

Policy Updates

The version posted on this page will apply to warranty requests submitted after the updated policy date.

Customers are encouraged to review this policy before submitting a warranty request.
