This Body Armor Policy explains important purchasing, legal, eligibility, and compliance information for customers who are interested in body armor, ballistic plates, soft armor panels, plate carriers, ballistic backpacks, and related tactical protective products sold by GT.Eagle.

By placing an order with GT.Eagle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. You also confirm that you are legally allowed to purchase, receive, possess, and use the products ordered under all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws.

1. Legal Responsibility

Body armor laws vary by country, state, city, and jurisdiction. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all laws that apply to the purchase, ownership, shipment, possession, and use of body armor and related tactical products.

2. Customer Eligibility

GT.Eagle sells body armor, ballistic plates, plate carriers, ballistic backpacks, and related protective equipment. We do not sell firearms or ammunition.

Orders may be manually reviewed before fulfillment. We may request additional information when necessary to confirm shipping eligibility, customer eligibility, address accuracy, or compliance with applicable restrictions.

Failure to provide requested information may result in order cancellation and refund.

6. Product Limitations

Body armor and tactical protective products are designed to reduce certain risks under stated conditions. No product can guarantee complete protection from injury, death, penetration, blunt trauma, ricochet, fragmentation, or other harm in every possible situation.

Product performance may be affected by factors including, but not limited to, fit, product condition, impact angle, projectile type, velocity, distance, environment, storage conditions, prior damage, and product configuration.

7. Certification and Testing Claims

Product pages may include protection-level descriptions, testing information, demonstration videos, or material details. Unless a product page clearly states that a product is officially certified by a recognized certification body, product descriptions should not be interpreted as official certification claims.

Testing footage and product demonstrations are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect every possible real-world condition.

8. Right to Cancel or Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or refund any order at our sole discretion if we believe the order may violate applicable laws, shipping restrictions, eligibility rules, payment risk controls, fraud prevention standards, carrier requirements, or our internal compliance policies.
