Certification & Claims Policy

Certification & Claims Policy

This Certification & Claims Policy explains how certification, protection-level descriptions, testing statements, and product claims should be understood on the GT.Eagle website.

We aim to describe our products clearly and responsibly. Customers should carefully review each product page before purchasing.

1. Product Claims

Product descriptions may include information such as protection level, material, size, weight, thickness, construction, compatible carriers, testing notes, and recommended use cases.

These descriptions are provided to help customers understand the product. They should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the product will perform in every possible situation.

2. Certification Statements

A product will only be described as officially certified if we have a valid basis to make that claim and the product page clearly states the relevant certification information.

Unless a product page clearly states that a product is officially certified by a recognized certification body, customers should not assume that the product is officially certified.

3. “Tested To” vs. “Certified”

Some products may be described as tested according to a particular standard or under stated test conditions. This means that the product was tested under the described conditions or according to the referenced test method.

A statement such as “tested to,” “tested according to,” or “tested under stated conditions” does not necessarily mean that the product is officially certified by a certification body.

4. Testing Reports and Documentation

If third-party test reports, laboratory results, or supporting documentation are available for a product, we may provide them on the product page or upon request when applicable.

Customers should review the actual product page and any available documentation before making a purchase decision.

5. No Misleading Interpretation

Customers should not interpret product images, videos, demonstrations, marketing descriptions, category names, or general product labels as official certification claims unless a clear certification statement is provided on the product page.

Testing videos and demonstrations are for informational purposes and may not represent every real-world condition.

6. Product Variations

Product performance, materials, dimensions, and specifications may vary by model, size, batch, configuration, supplier, or updated design. Customers should review the specific product listing rather than relying on general category descriptions.

7. No Government, Military, or Law Enforcement Endorsement

Unless expressly stated in writing, products sold by GT.Eagle are not endorsed, approved, sponsored, or certified by any government agency, military organization, law enforcement agency, or public authority.

8. Protection Level Descriptions

Protection level descriptions are provided to help customers compare products and understand stated product capabilities. Customers should review the product page, available documentation, and testing information before purchase.

No protection level description should be interpreted as a guarantee of complete protection in every possible situation.

9. Customer Questions

If you need clarification about a product’s testing status, documentation, certification status, protection level, or product claims, please contact GT.Eagle at gteagle73@163.com before placing an order.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Certification & Claims Policy at any time to reflect changes in product information, documentation, testing materials, or compliance standards.
