1. Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing any product from our store, you are responsible for confirming that the product can be legally purchased, shipped, received, possessed, and used in your location.

You should not place an order if body armor or related tactical protective products are restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction.

2. No Legal Advice

Information provided on our website, product pages, FAQ pages, policy pages, emails, or customer support communications is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice.

If you are unsure whether you may legally purchase, receive, possess, or use a product, you should consult the relevant local authority or a qualified legal professional before placing an order.

3. Restricted Locations

Orders placed from or shipping to restricted locations may be cancelled, refunded, or subject to additional review. We may also refuse shipment to freight forwarders, third-party forwarding addresses, or addresses that appear to be used to bypass restrictions.

4. Prohibited Use

Products sold by GT.Eagle must only be used for lawful purposes. Customers may not purchase products for criminal activity, unlawful violence, unauthorized resale, illegal export, or any use prohibited by applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or cancel any order that appears suspicious, unlawful, or inconsistent with our policies.

5. Export and International Restrictions

Some protective products may be subject to export, import, customs, licensing, or end-use restrictions. International customers are responsible for confirming that products may be legally imported into their country or region before placing an order.

We may cancel international orders if we determine that shipment may violate applicable restrictions, carrier requirements, customs rules, or our internal compliance policies.

6. No Firearms or Ammunition

GT.Eagle does not sell firearms or ammunition. Our products are limited to body armor, ballistic plates, plate carriers, ballistic backpacks, and related protective or tactical gear.

7. Order Review and Verification

We reserve the right to review orders for legal, compliance, shipping, fraud prevention, payment risk, and eligibility purposes.

During review, we may request additional information from the customer. If the requested information is not provided, or if we cannot reasonably verify compliance, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

8. Right to Cancel or Refuse Orders

We may cancel, refuse, or refund any order if we believe the order may violate applicable laws, shipping restrictions, eligibility requirements, payment processor rules, fraud prevention rules, carrier requirements, or our internal compliance policies.
