Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy explains how warranty-related requests are handled for products purchased from GT.Eagle

Because our products may include body armor, ballistic plates, plate carriers, tactical backpacks, and related protective equipment, warranty coverage must be reviewed based on product type, product condition, and use history.

1. Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage may vary by product. When applicable, warranty information will be shown on the product page, product packaging, product documentation, or order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, lawful, and intended use.

2. What May Be Covered

Depending on the product and circumstances, warranty coverage may include:

  • Manufacturing defects
  •
  • Material defects
  •
  • Workmanship defects
  •
  • Incorrect product received
  •
  • Product damage caused before delivery, when properly documented
  •
  • Missing or defective accessories included with the original order

3. What Is Not Covered

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  •
  • Cosmetic marks, minor scratches, or surface wear that do not affect function
  •
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper storage
  •
  • Improper cleaning, exposure to chemicals, excessive moisture, heat, or harsh environments
  •
  • Unauthorized modification, alteration, disassembly, or repair
  •
  • Damage caused by improper fit, improper installation, or improper use
  •
  • Products that have been shot, tested, impacted, cut, altered, intentionally damaged, or used in destructive testing
  •
  • Damage caused by accidents, carrier handling after delivery, third-party handling, or customer misuse
  •
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third parties or resellers

4. Body Armor and Ballistic Products

Body armor, ballistic plates, soft armor panels, ballistic inserts, and related protective products are designed for specific protection purposes under stated conditions. No warranty should be understood as a guarantee of complete protection in every situation.

Warranty coverage does not guarantee protection from all threats, ammunition types, impact angles, environmental conditions, blunt trauma, injury, or product failure under every possible scenario.

Products used in live-fire testing, impact testing, destructive testing, or intentional damage are generally not eligible for warranty replacement, return, or refund unless otherwise agreed in writing by our support team.

5. Product Testing and Warranty

If a customer chooses to test a product, the product may no longer be eligible for standard warranty coverage after testing. Testing may include shooting, impact testing, cutting, bending, submerging, heating, modifying, or otherwise intentionally stressing the product.

Any testing-related claim must include complete and unedited evidence, including product condition before testing, test setup, ammunition or impact source if applicable, distance, angle, and post-test condition. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.

8. Approved Warranty Remedies

If a warranty request is approved, we may offer one or more of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • Replacement
  •
  • Replacement parts or accessories

The available remedy may depend on product availability, product condition, order history, shipping destination, and the nature of the defect.

9. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

If a product must be returned for inspection, our support team will provide instructions. Customers should not send products back without prior authorization.

Return shipping responsibility will be determined based on the circumstances of the claim. Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or warranty service.

10. Limitation of Warranty

This Warranty Policy does not replace or expand any product-specific limitations, legal restrictions, product-use limitations, testing disclaimers, or certification disclaimers stated on our website.

No warranty should be interpreted as a promise that any product will prevent injury, death, penetration, blunt trauma, or damage in every possible situation.
